Very clean, bed comfortable, linen fresh, everything working.
Quite dated bathroom, vanity in particular needs replacing. Carpet replacing would do wonders.

I've stayed a couple of times. The rooms are spotlessly clean, beautiful staff and great central location. You have everything you need in your room. More items than most average motels.
Just road noise but I had ear plugs so all good.

Location
Don't put people in room 1, it hasn't been renovated since birth.
And something goes wrong in there. The mere two days you spent in there, apparently it's your fault, not the 40years of unkeep.
Did not appreciate that call!
