The property is set in the amazing vineyards, so the view from the window is breathtaking. The apartment is of a nice size, and if not the problems with the aircond, it would fit our family wonderfully. Rooms are big enough. The property location is perfect for the enotourism in the area.
Diana the housekeeper was very helpful, and is always a message away when needed. Saimira did a great winetasting in the property cellar, do not miss that. I'd like to thank both of them for their help and welcoming during our stay.
The kitchen is nicely equipped, we managed to cook dinners in house. The dishwasher was a nice and helpful addition.
There're quite a few moments that are not mentioned in the property description and they should have been.
1. The three bedroom apartment are on the first floor, no elevator, you have to go up with the suitcases 2 flights of stairs. Worth knowing for people with disabilities. The two bedroom are on the ground floor.
2. Out of three bedrooms, two are located on the lower floor of the apartment, while the third one is one the gallery under the roof and one needs to climd the stairs there. It also has no door as it's a gallery. It was not mentioned in the property description either
3. The gallery bedroom had no AC at all. Since it's located literally under the roof, and since the AC works on a lower floor and the cold air does not go up, it's one very hot bedroom. The display on the wall said 28C on the morning with AC working downstairs. Therefore we couldn't use it as a bedroom, just as a chilling space, when kids needed privacy. The 2 family members that were supposed to use the third bedroom slept on the couch in the living room with limited the space of the living room very much and we were not counting on it. So that one was quite disappointing
Other than that, few minor things worth mentioning, though those are really less significant than the ones above:
1. There's no place to put anything in the bathrooms, barely a toothbrush
2. The rooms feel quite basic, which contrasts with the villa's outside impression
3. The pool is not heated - note if that matters to you
4. The AC mostly cools the rooms - while the rooms were freezing, the living room felt way more warm. But maybe that was due the open gallery upstairs.

It had a lovely view of the vineyards and was quite new.
The location was difficult to find/get to on the map, although the place was new, there was cobwebs around the living room area, and it was a bit on the pricier side. Also the guests upstairs were very loud at night.
