The view was beautiful esp with the living room windows wide open. The small elevator to town was a quirky but functional leg saver from all the steps. Note though you still need to be able to climb 3 stories of steps up and down so it’s not a good place for low mobility people.
The unit is worn- it needs some freshening up - a fresh paint job would do wonders as well as some walkway weed maintenance along the entrance. Unfortunately, and at no fault of the unit owner, there is a loud barking German shepherd in the unit below and a frantic barking little dog next door who create quite a ruckus in the evenings.

The view was amazing with the patio as well, during summer season it must be great to stay there.
We appreciated to have some coffee, snacks and other things left for us in the room.
The host was very nice and reactive when we needed something.
The double bed (two single beds) was absolutely not comfortable. We could feel the bed springs all night. The sofa bed wasn't great either. We understood that the flat have been renovated recently, the bedding was definitely more important to change first in my opinion.
The room was missing some instructions from the new renovations to use for example the stove/oven.
I think that it was overpriced for the season (March).
