The location. It was close to ayala avenue and close to everything. Grocery store just at the ground floor of the bldg
The name of the building was not mentioned. If you click the pinned location, you will reach the correct bldg but the problem was the check in process was not explained ahead. Would have been better if the host proactively contacted us at least 24 hrs before the check in date. We wanted to leave our things as my brother and his family arrived early but we were not accommodated by the front desk because we didn’t have the authorization letter from the host. It’s Air Residences by the way and you need to have authorization letter from the host with your name/s on it before you will be entertained by the front desk.
