The location which made it very easy to walk everywhere. Our host who was extremely helpful with recommendations and helping us book tours! The room had air on and was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Could have had a few extra kitchen bits for cooking , like cooking oil - But otherwise it was great!

The space and cleanliness ! So it’s an apartment with 3 bedrooms with a shared living room and kitchen, from the outside it looks like it’s not finished but inside was completed. I had the family room with an attached bathroom & the other 2 rooms have to share 1 bathroom

I never felt unsafe but I was not use to an unlocked house because the entrance door and sliding door were never locked

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and cold filtered drinking water was readily available. Air conditioning in our room was also wonderful. Host also had free snorkel gear and a pair of flippers available to borrow, which was awesome. It is a little bit of a walk from town, but it was worth it to us for a nice, quiet and clean stay! Host is also very nice and responsive.

Hand soap in bathroom ran out so extra available on site would be helpful

the family is lovely, I spoke Spanish to them and they were very helpful and friendly The location is good, 15 min walk from town, an easy walk the bathroom is brand new, hot water as well big bedrooms

Safety was an issue - the window that directly opens to the front door at base level Gad no locking mechanism so it remains open at all times. Anyone could go in though the window into our room. As two young female travellers we felt unsafe and had to come up with a method of tying a cord from the window to the bed so that if anyone tried to walk in in the middle of the night we would at least get woken up. the problem then was that the room was boiling hot. so I slept 2 h total on my last night before the flight, with the window open and just guarding that nobody was around. there is a dog, negra, that guards the house really well, she barks all night long, she’s very good at guarding but too noisy. finally, in the mornings we always got woken up at 5/6 with heavy noises from the washing machine, the front door, people coming in and out etc. so if you are on a budget and you are a couple or male - probably fine , leave the window wide open all night. for female travellers, not safe, too hot in the room to sleep in it sadly. I recommend: 1. essential to build bars over the basement window so it can be kept open while safety is guaranteed. would be appreciated by future travellers. 2. A fan, although I think it is less ideal. 3. put some coat/towel hangers somewhere, there was no hooks anywhere to hang up our clothing the picture is of the window that slides open with no locking mechanism on to the room we stayed
