It worth it’s money

Location and receptionist were really good and polite.

We came from a sport event so the clothes were dirty but laundry is absent.

Disappointing not like photos at all, run down and very basic.

Walking distance to many restaurants and train station.

Missing basic things like kettle and toaster. No aircon so a simple fan would be a great gesture! Staff were rude and only spoke English when it suited them. When I asked for fans I was told to open the window!!!! Reception was almost never staffed. Restaurant downstairs which you have to walk through to get to the apartments was very busy and noisy. Bedroom windows open straight into road which was very noisy from early morning. Toilet seats in both apartments we rented were broken. One apartments fridge/freezer was broken and replaced with a drinks fridge which was so noisy and didn’t have a freezer! The whole point of getting apartments was to cook and do dinners in house but the kitchen facilities were terrible…no bowls, no frypan, no microwave, toaster or even kettle!!!! Would not recommend.

Very nice stay in a central location with super friendly staff

The location is super central, easy to get around and just a short walk form the train station to travel around Val di Sole. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast buffet is plenty for everyone to find something they like.

The breakfast room felt a bit busy, as it's integrated in the bar - while the space it tucked in at the end, it can feel like there is a lot going on around you.

"We loved the location which is right across from a few bakeries and restaurants. The restaurant on the bottom floor was exceptional and we even met the owner Elise a few times who was very generous."
