The place was neat, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The host was quick to reply and always made themselves available to help if necessary.
If there’s one thing I could say was that my wife and I missed a bit more space to walk in the bedroom. But we understand that space is a rare commodity in the area and that wasn’t enough to tarnish the great experience we had there.

A host sent very detailed instructions/rules about the flat, which was very helpful. The flat was clean, and the kitchen appliances were all good brands. Location is fine: next to the park, museums, 15-20 mins to the station, and 20-25 to the city center on foot. A small garden in the building.
Sound isolation isn't really good - you can hear every time someone enters the building and neighbors walking/talking above you.
The bathroom(shower/toilet) is actually a "room" in between the bedroom and kitchen.
The cleaning fee is almost the price of one night's stay.
