I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from Watanabe-dori Station and several bus stops, making it very convenient for getting around. There are supermarkets and plenty of local restaurants nearby, and you can get to Tenjin and Hakata Station in just 2–3 bus stops.
The breakfast offered a nice mix of Western and Japanese options. I especially enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, which was delicious and well-prepared.
The room was comfortable and spacious enough for three adults, as I was traveling with family. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a shower, and all necessary amenities are provided.
Lastly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about—everything exceeded our expectations. My parents especially loved this place, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The location near the bus stop was great. My family also loved being a 3-minute walk to a playground/park. It was the perfect way to get wiggles out before our plane home.
Please include an extra pillow if there are five people staying in a room. The entryway light isn't very functional. The automatic function is only helpful when you first walk into the room. Then it's quite annoying and disruptive that it can't be turned off - because if one person gets up to use the bathroom, half the room automatically lights up in a bright light, waking up others. Then everyone has to wait three minutes for it turn off on its own. Please make it a normal switch. Or at the very least, change the lightbulb to something much dimmer.
