The staff was super helpful understanding and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and it's a great location. So much different things you can do close. And still have a great time. They listen to our needs and just made us feel special.
I don't like how much it is to park in Nashville anywhere. It is crazy. Everyone should have access to great parking and a cheaper prices. We're paying for do much while down there parking shouldn't be crazy. Do not think it has anything to do with the hotel. It's just how it is. That's about all I can say we didn't like.

The location was perfect !! beautiful hotel
No parking was definitely a problem, and the front desk staff was very rude. We were simply asking questions about parking because there is no parking available. Instead of being helpful, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and was very dismissive. She simply told us there was no parking and that was it. The lack of parking was frustrating, but the rude attitude from the front staff made the experience even worse.
