The house is beautifully situated in a pretty neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. The airport is close, and this older home is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

This house had very little to make you feel welcomed. No instructions on operation of tv, heat and a/c, fireplace. Stains on towels and bedding. Have to wash before leaving although you pay a cleaning fee. No soap, shampoo in bathrooms. Dollar store quality kitchen utensils, pots and pans. If you are going to offer your home, make it a home away from home. Location was great.

Kitchen set up was barely sufficient. Little to no cookware, minimal pots and pans, no blender as advertised. While it was Fall the leaves could have been blown off the front walk and back porch for our arrival. Would have helped 1st impressions.

My family was in Charlotte visiting other family members. We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for us! Lovely home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Would love to stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed staying at William's house in Charlotte. The location is excellent - convenient to Uptown Charlotte and Matthews, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and greenspace. Check-in and communication were both quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Everything was very clean. I was surprised to see the review of a stay prior to ours, as there was no evidence of mouse droppings anywhere, so this has obviously been resolved. We arrived in the late evening, so we appreciated all the ambient lights being on so that we could find our way through the house. The owners were very responsive and flexible with our requests. We would stay at this property again.

Property had mouse droppings throughout; On oven pans, in cabinets and on floors. We had to clean all dishes and clean all floors. I have pictures but no where to post on here.

Very nice property and beautiful neighborhood. Listing accurately describes the house. Our family enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again. The owner was very responsive with any questions. Easy check-in, check-out.

The property is lovely, very clean and modern, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated. The beds and bed linens were great, everyone stated that they slept well and were comfortable. All of the bedrooms were spacious, have queen sized beds (1 king) and large closets. The deck is was an added bonus, once the bad weather broke we had the use of the deck to just be outside with each other. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking, I did not see many small appliances, but there was plenty of cabinet space that could have housed those things. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and had plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again, when in the Charlotte area.

It's rare that I stay at a place thats nicer than in the pictures but that's what we found here!, the house was in a beautiful brand new condition in a lovely neighborhood. flawless communication with the owner. All in all we had a wonderful stay!!
