Located in Seneca Lake, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious 2-bedroom apartment has been updated into a clean and comfortable space. It contains two bedrooms, each with their own closets, TVs and USB-compatible bedside lamps for all your devices. There are new appliances, including washer and dryer, to make your stay feel more like home. The kitchen steps out into the huge back lawn, where their is plenty of room to play or enjoy an evening under the starry skies. With ample parking directly out the front door, loading baggage and groceries is just a couple steps down to the parking lot. The property is ON the wine trail that skirts the east side of Seneca Lake for easy access to all your favorite wineries, breweries and restaurants. Watkins Glen is just five miles away if you're looking to enjoy Seneca Lake or hike the breath taking gorge. Watkins Glen International race track is within 10 miles to take in all of the season's racing action. The Finger Lakes National Forest is within minutes and boasts dozens of intersecting hillside trails to enjoy during every season. Amazing accommodations! The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is supplied with everything you need! The unit is SO clean with many personal touches making our trip relaxing and memorable! The fire pit in the back yard is a big hit with the family! Our host, Drew, is super helpful, he even allowed a little later check out time, which is greatly appreciated! We will be returning!

Heat pump had issue starting for the season. Drew immediately came by and got us into a different unit that was excellent. Drew's property is very new, clean, and well outfitted! Everything nice including the outdoor grill for each unit. Definitely 5-stars!!!

Very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable all around from living room to kitchen and bedrooms. Everything new and was a nice stay. The back area was also good to relax by a fire. Location was perfect for the Harbor and wine trail and falls.

Great apartment-style accommodation in perfect location on east side of Seneca Lake. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and it's as clean and new looking as last year, with new additions, like a outdoor grill. Would definitely stay again!

The minute we walked in we were astonished. Very clean, upscale place. Walls a bit weak. Can hear others very clear. 😢 otherwise we have no other complaints. Everything we needed was there and some. We will be back. We will share with others of a place to stay. Thank you.

We had everything we needed for our home away. Spacious, clean, and it was nice to sit at the fire pit after a day of winery hopping! We visited both Seneca and Keuka Lake wineries and felt this was a good location to do both without a lot of driving.
Definitely would stay again.

We have a wonderful stay. The condo had all the amenities and was freshly updated. Great kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. Watkins Glen was less than 10 minutes away and so was access to all the wineries.

We had a very nice stay at 414 Vacation rentals. The property was newly renovated and everything was great. Property was just as advertised and Drew (host) sent all the information we needed in advance of our arrival. Great experience d and look forward to our next visit. The area is beautiful and the gorge is spectacular.

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old. We were very pleased with with the unit. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a morning hike at Watkins Glen and winery/brewery afternoons.

The first night we arrived there was a terrible storm and the power was out. I contacted the owner and he came to the apt within 10 minutes. He was very apologetic, although none of it was his fault. He showed us how to reset all appliances when electric would return. He contacted us early the next morning to verify all was well.
The apt was amazingly clean with all up to date appliances and amenities.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt updated and the check in and checkout process was very easy. It was also close to many points of interest like the wineries as well as close to Watkins Glen.

This property was perfectly located and perfectly cleaned! We did all of the wineries up the east and down the west of Seneca Lake. The east side was our favorite. We did all of the hiking/waterfalls near Watkins Glen and Ithaca. We also drove up Cayuga Lake to hit up some wineries/cideries there and also stopped at Taughannock Falls. We even drove up to Skaneateles for a day, which was just an hour from the apartment. We did this all in 4 days. The apartment was spotless and everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared to be stocked well. It was perfect for my mom and me. Could be tight with four adults. We would absolutely come back and stay at this place! The complementary bottle of wine was also nice. Thanks!

Both my wife and I enjoyed spending our anniversary here. With close proximity to Watkins Glen, Ithaca, and Geneva, we had plenty to do during the day. It was wonderful to return to such a well kept home and be able to relax in an warm and comforting environment. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in a modern kitchen and reclining on the couch in the evenings when we were exhausted from the day. The interject l internet connection was blazingly fast for our game systems and the smart TV made it easy for us to watch videos and movies at our leisure. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in taking a relaxing vacation in the Finger Lakes!

Our gps lead us astray initially and due to late arrival, we had trouble finding the property since there was very low lighting on the country road and on the entrance to the property. Once we found it, (thanks to a friendly neighbor and the host for sharing a photo earlier), we were very happy to start our memorable trip! The property was perfect for us! As of Fall 2022, all was clean and new, with comfortable bedding, crisp bed linens, soft towels and pillows/duvet. There were hand soaps and starter paper/cleaning supplies. We enjoyed exploring the waterfalls and hiking in local state parks and trying some of the local wineries and beers along Seneca lake while taking in the fresh air and changing colors of the surrounding trees. We also listened to some local music at the Solera taphouse, had breakfast at Tobey’s Donut shop, lunch at The Elf and the Oak and dinner at Jerlando’s. Wineries close between 5-6, so plan accordingly. Very happy memories!

My wife and I had a great experience at this location. It’s perfectly located on the Seneca Lake, minutes from Watkins Glen (going South) and minutes from tons of wineries, breweries and other places of interest (going North). Location was as advertised: clean, plenty of towels, comfy beds and everything you’ll need for your stay. Total bonus was the complimentary bottle of wine from a local winery that was also very good! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, updated and nicely decorated. Only drawback is that there's no cable; it's all streaming. Back door should have a window covering; a blind or curtain.

The apartment is newly remodeled, and furniture and appliances are all brand new. It’s very clean and spacious. It’s located along the highway and on the wine trail but it’s a short drive to nearby wineries and Watkins Glen. Would recommend for a long weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was our first time to the Finger Lakes region. It was very peaceful and convenient to many wineries and down town Watkins Glen. Magnus Farm was about 2 miles away and we picked blue berries there one morning which the whole family loved. Our son enjoyed having his own television in his room. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The bottle of wine as a gift was a really nice touch. The only suggestion I would make is to put more lighting out in front of the property. It was extremely dark at night and we had a difficult time finding the house once the sun set.
