Extremely spacious and lots of living space

Central location, easy to get to shopping and many restaurants. 7-11, bakery, local korean food shop just below, great Gelato place across the road. Busy area but quiet, no noise even with 2 construction sites opposite my room view. Nespresso machine in the room but only 2 capsules provided. Good quality cooking ware & variety of cups/ plates.
Parking is very limited and small, not suitable for SUV's or larger cars. The road to enter the parking was very narrow with double parking on both sides. Premier suite was spacious but furniture was dated, lights were mismatch in colors, obvious scratch marks on the wooden floor. Bed wooden edge had corners that were easy to bump and hurt the leg. Toilet shower area had water mark stains on the glass. Towels looked old & frayed at the edges. The sliding door that separates the bedroom cannot be closed so if u walk to the toilet at night, the auto light at the entrance automatically turns on and light shines towards the bed. Only 2 elevators for all the floors(1 for even, 1 for alternate) - waiting can take very long. Comparing the furnishing, the normal studio room is better. There's a washing machine but no dryer, only hanging rack. When we used the rack, the fridge cannot be opened as it was blocking.

The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from a bustling shopping street and the Shilla Duty Free Shop. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the elevators have separate floors for odd and even numbers. Providing your contact email on the day of check-in will promptly send you the access code. The self-service system is very convenient; we arrived at 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in and were successfully checked in.
There was no in-person service throughout the entire stay; all communication was online. However, responses were prompt, so it wasn't a problem. It was quite quiet, perfect for introverted people. I found the stay very comfortable.

The location is ideal as it’s well connected to the airport, bus stops and tour stops.the room was modern, clean and very well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, small cooker, kitchen utensils and an espresso machine.
The property is unstaffed, there is no reception desk and no one to help. The room is not cleaned until after you check out. You are given a number of codes to enter the room which can be confusing to know which one to use. There is no contact number for help, just an online AI chat which is in Korean.
