Lake Como birthday treat

Lovely residential location approx 20min walk from Lake Como itself. Apartment had all the mod cons and equipment needed for a short stay. Beds (main and sofa bed) were very comfortable.

Nice place but Air Conditioning did not work well

Clean, Modern, private under ground parking

Air conditioner did not work, even though we tried to manually adjust the controls. The coolest we could get the unit was 23c, which was not great for sleeping.

Didn’t enjoy, no air conditioning, did not live up to expectations

Bright modern spacious apartment, beds were comfortable, kitchen reasonably equipped, good showers

Description states air conditioning but that was not the case, it was 25.5°C in the apartment and no air conditioning. After making us feel like we didn’t know how to work the controls they sent a technician who said it was fixed but wasn’t, eventually they told us it wasn’t working as still on winter mode (in May in 28-29°C heat outside!!) did bring fans after 24hours which helped a little. There are so many negatives about this place for something that appears upmarket. Brown stains on some towels, mouldy dirty areas in bathroom ( see photos), cheap toilet paper, no oven trays or oven glove/mitt, no kitchen roll ,only 2 dishwasher tablets for 5 night stay, no Prosecco/champagne glasses, only one dish towel and no kitchen hand towel, no whisk or small sharp knife, 2 large sharp knives need sharpening. Prohibitive financial penalties if you lose, break or damage a kitchen item - from €30 for a fork or glass!! Does not make for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

Es muy espacioso y está bien decorado. Es cómodo tener dos aseos. Sólo estuvimos una noche, por lo que no usamos la cocina. Se escuchan las campanas de la Iglesia que hay enfrente.

No se puede tapar la luz que entra por la mañana al salón porque encima de la puerta del apartamento hay una ventana.
