Beaconsfield cottage was absolutely first rate . We chose the location for its easy access into Scarborough and Whitby. The two pubs in the village , both within walking distance were great and provided excellent food. The cottage suited all our family needs , our age ranged from 5 years to 95 years and four generations. The kitchen had clearly printed instructions for appliances and a manual alongside full of useful general information. The place was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was absolute bliss having en-suite bathrooms in the three bedrooms not to mention TV’s.
Everything was perfect for us

Great location, house is beautifully laid out, with its 3 bedrooms you can still have a bit of privacy, modern kitchen with all mod cons.
I give it 10/10,nothing to find fault with

Cottage was great perfect for our needs!
Cleanliness, location, facilities all perfect!
Nothing really we didn’t like. If I was going to be really picky and it may only apply to our party is that my dad is in his late 70s and has dementia. He really struggles with visual perception and different floor levels(steps) are a bit of a challenge! To avoid this he slept in a room that only had the bath which he couldn’t use! But dad really enjoyed himself!!

The property was more spacious than I expected. It was very well equipped and really comfortable. The outside patio was a lovely space to sit and the field was good for the boys to play. The location was perfect to explore that part of the coast and meet with family.
That we could not stay longer!!
