Liked the set up a lot and loved where it was situated, it was quite secluded which is what we wanted and we thoroughly
enjoyed the two days we had there and the weather was good for us too. we missed the first day due to a problem at home.
The only fault was the mattresses could do with toppers, and the shower room had a lot of rust on the radiator but the en suite was worse . The lounge settees were rather grubby..

Was great location and clean, we loved the use of the DVD player and the lounge area was perfect for what we needed.
We were required to pay extra for the linen, which I understand. However £60 for the linen we received is definitely over priced. There was also some cuts in the curtain netting, which the owners said they were aware of and are replacing them.

We had a brilliant two-night stay at the 6 Berth Caravan on Lakeside Holiday Park and our only complaint is that the trip simply wasn’t long enough!
The caravan was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable break. The location was great and Lakeside Holiday Park made a perfect base for our time in Burnham-on-Sea.
We really enjoyed being able to relax, switch off and make the most of the surroundings. Two nights seemed to disappear far too quickly, which is probably the best compliment we can give.
Next time, we’d definitely like to come back for a full week so we can properly settle in, enjoy the park and explore more of the local area.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay and somewhere we’d be very happy to return to. Highly recommended!

On site there was a restaurant called the Boathouse which provided entertainment in the form of Bingo, musical bingo and vocal shows. The location was close to the high street and the beach, lots of shops, cafe, restaurants and pubs to visit. The caravan was clean on the inside and comfortable.
The boiler wasn't working, I took photos and was communicating with the property agent, they told me how to 'fix' it but the pilot light was out and I couldn't see any ignition button. With no hot water and no heating we left the caravan a day earlier then we expected. Once home they asked if we called the out of hours service and said that they had visited the caravan and the boiler was working fine. It was during office hours so no I didn't call the out of hours service and I was emailing the property agent at the time. I took photo's of the boiler and it's error message and it was not working.
