Very nice and clean and the stafff ??!! So friendly !! I loved them so kind and very accommodating. Very nice building and it’s gated beautiful community

The bed was very comfortable and there was AC and a fan. I didn’t need AC. I didn’t use the facilities as I arrived late and left early.
Smart tv in room.
Room was large.
Hot shower.

I always feel well taken care of, from picking me up at the airport to dropping me back off, and everything in between. They even insisted on supplying someone to escort me up to the restaurant on the corner for dinner because I was a woman traveling alone. I snuck out when they weren't looking though because I didn't see the necessity. I had been there before the last time I came through and stayed with them.
It was inconvenient to plan ahead to have enough cash on hand to pay for my room. The last time I was there, 5 months before, they had accepted credit cards. It is further from the airport than a lot of other places but that's why the price is better I guess.

Nothing wrong with the property per se. If it actually was where the map indicated I would have rated it an 8 .nice personnel ( if you can find them at reception)
The location on booking.com map is very deceptive. I chose this property based on the proximity to the airport when in fact it is 13 KM away from the airport. It took me 55 minutes in rush hour to get to the airport and another 40 minutes back. I would not have stayed here had I known its location knowing how bad SJO traffic gets in Rush Hour.This was meant to be a quick airport pickup, sleep and drive home.instead it became a 2 hour ordeal.
