Location is excellent! Walking distance to Victoria train station, Victoria coach (bus) station (for guided bus tours) and Victoria theater. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Beautiful bathroom/shower. Well equipped kitchen/living area. Clean comfortable primary room with spacious closet -Storage area. Appreciated the washer/dryer once we figured out how to unlock the door. Quiet neighborhood.
Fans would have been helpful in the bedrooms and hallway during June heatwave. Even better if AC.

It was not clear it was a basement when we booked it.

Location
Beds not comfortable. One of the ‘beds’ was in the hallway (not as described), it was a sofa with 2 thin mattresses on it. The supplied fitted sheets wouldn’t fit. Hard to comprehend why that bed wasn’t made up given the other beds were. Carpet very dirty. Shower dirty / mouldy in the corner. Not enough bowls or cutlery for our party.
