Large 1940s home renovated into four large apartments. Just a few minutes walk from downtown, experience living downtown Milledgeville with all of the convenience. The apartment is walking distance to GCSU and GMC, convenient to a grocery store and CVS, with easy access to the most popular restaurants and coffee spots that students and locals have come to love. The space: Enter the apartment through your own entrance. The master bedroom with king bed is at the end of the long hallway at the back of the apartment. A custom built murphy bed is located in the living area just off the entrance with matching barn doors for privacy. There is a $500 fee for anyone who smokes inside and a $500 fee for anyone who throws a party. Only guest who are listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises.

Place was noce but the building its in is very noisy with thin walls and floors. There also were no remotes available to operate the fan and TV in the main bedroom

The property it self is nice. When we arrived, we parked at the front as per the instructions. Well, it was trash day, and all the trash cans were overflowing which the trash was on the parking spaces. No big deal, we weren’t going to sleep outside, right? Although our unit was nice, I would not consider this a 2BR as there is only one bedroom with a King bed. The Murphy Bed(king) is located in the living room area which can be closed off from the dining area but there is no privacy as that’s where the main entrance is located. I booked this for 5 people, luckily we found an inflatable mattress but no linens. So we had to go and buy some which luckily there are different stores near by. The kitchen is nice and has the main necessities. No knifes though. Although the property has been recently remodeled, you could tell that the property had not been “visited” for a while since there was a little dust all over. No big deal. I wanted to contact the “host” but could not find any contact info. I kept getting an error that the webpage I was looking for was not working. I only wanted to inquire about the 2BR. We were only here for a couple of days. I would stay again just because of the convenience of the location. As I said the property is nice but because you can tell that it is not usually rented, it is not “kept up” with. The other thing is the people living upstairs. They are not light walkers 😁 nor do they sleep at night. So, keep that in mind.

This apartment was perfect for our weeekend stay. Nice amenities, very clean, and perfect location to walk downtown. Host was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice place and we would stay again.The only negative is there was no cable to watch college football and TV shows unless you brought your computer and hooked up to wifi.Again, clean and nice place.

Recently stayed here with a friend during GC Homecoming. Spacious, cute and clean. Super easy check in and out and good communication with host who was always quick to respond. Close to downtown and campus. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Milledgeville. We were in town overnight for our teenage son's mountain bike race at Bartram Forest. This apartment was so much more comfortable than a hotel for me, my husband, and our 14 and 12 year olds. It is spacious, clean, and extremely well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable - just bring your own food and beverages and you are ready to go. We walked the ~.5 mile to the downtown area for dinner, which is something we can't do from home. Great communication from the host throughout the process. Will definitely check back if we are in Milledgeville again!
