Location, price.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Especially the bathroom. Rooms need a little updating. Table had broken legs. No decor on walls, so not very inviting. Not enough room lighting. No coffee for the coffee maker supplied . Not enough towels for 3 people. Also hearing a woman screaming at 7am was not a good sign.

The price wasn't bad and it was clean.

Much older than expected, it was near a busy fairway, and others guests were loud and obnoxious very late into the night.
