The food at Sake was very good. The butlers did a very good job of accommodating our requests. The room was very comfortable, and the view was exceptional.
The food at the Mexican restaurant was not good. My wife ordered the lobster tail at Wildfire. The menu said 355 pesos, but we were charged 710. The waiter said, " My bad, I should have told you." The lobster tail was 2 oz, and the cost is 355 pesos/oz. This was not clear. Nevertheless, I paid the 710 pesos. Additionally, I was disappointed that the beach area was so small.

El restaurante italiano, el sushi y el de carnes y el brunch excelentes. El personal de servicio de 10, aunque creo que les hace falta tener más gente atendiendo. El fin de semana q llegamos y estaba el desayunos repleto el personal casi volaba

It was so beautiful
The service was so slow. It took 45-1 hour to get food at restaurants. You have to make a reservation to do pretty much everything and most things aren’t available during your stay. We couldn’t get a reservation at the spa once.
