The hotel was very well designed, staff was extremely warm and courteous and willing to help!! The room linen was exceptionally clean and the room size was amazing!!!
The washrooms could have been slightly better designed and maintained, but overall no major complaints!!

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They even helped and bought the train tickets for us ! So helpful!

all the staff members were friendly and helpful, the food was good, ample parking space, rooms were clean, there was a small fire in the room which started because of the short circuit so I had a bit of a safety concern. rest all was good
fire safety was not up to the mark
