The property was clean, somewhat good location.
Finding the place was a bit of the headache.
Location was ok, few tram stop away from the city center.

Overall, we had a great stay here. It is a little further out from the busy center so it was quiet but still extremely walkable and convenient. The place is clean and the staff were so kind and helpful.

The owner was extremely nice, he even let us keep our luggage there until 2pm after we checked out. The room was extremely clean and it was within a comfortable walking distance to the city center and train station. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone going to Florence!!
