We enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the roof. Also the location was great as could jump on the tram to get into centre of Florence. Cafe and restaurant was excellent and our room was very comfortable

• Die Ersatzunterkunft (The Social Hub Florence Belfiore, Studio, Gesamtkosten 1.359 EUR) entspricht nicht der gebuchten Kategorie („Large 1 Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sofa Bed", 1.213,38 EUR).

Good location, close to city centre.
Cleaning has only been done once over a one week stay.

Great working space, gym and laundry facilities. Staff & security great
Would say you pay for what you get, but not sure you even get that. Similar price & concept to Hoxton hotel chain but service is very limited.
It is very clear that "extended stay" guests don't get the same service as "hotel stays". There was not even a water provided in the fridge and even the coffee pods and tea bags were removed from our room... The room was so dusty when we arrived but we were told our room would be cleaned a week after check in, we missed the Monday clean by 30 mins and were told to wait another week or pay up for the service.
