amazing haveli

It provided an opportunity to stay in a haveli-like place. The food was good. The staff were quite friendly. It was a good value for the money we paid.
The guests were at times noisy.

Charming extensive decorated haveli with romantic room and new comfortable bathroom. The staff is great and the food in the top-floor restaurant and service there have been above expectations! Pool is excellent. The price is very acceptable. Thank you sooo much.

WiFi is strong in the communal areas, though weaker in the rooms. The TV appears to be hard-wired, which is a plus—especially for solo travellers who want to relax, with Netflix and other apps available.
Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
The location is decent and convenient for getting around.
While I appreciate this is an older building, it would benefit from a thorough deep clean.
The toilet was unstable and wobbled, which didn’t feel secure.
The mattresses are extremely firm—uncomfortably so if you prefer a soft bed.
I wouldn’t say it’s worth upgrading to the Junior Suite, as it didn’t feel particularly special or offer anything notably different.
There was no ice available during my stay, though this appeared to be a wider town issue rather than the hotel’s fault. Staff did try to assist, which was appreciated.
Laundry was quite expensive at approximately €12.10 for one regular carrier bag.
There were also not enough accessible charging points in the room, particularly for UK plugs.
