Loved our stay here! Very beautiful hotel just a bit confusing getting around with the elevators it’s like a maze other than that everything was wonderful.

Absolutely great experience with the staff from the beginning to the end of our trip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a one bedroom suite over looking the sea. The room had a spa on the large balcony over looking unobstructed view of the ocean.

It was an amazing property.. I like the space abd privacy it offers. Well maintained and everyone was so friendly. It's by the water but you cant swim on it because of the big waves..
I paid for breakfast buffett and was charged for bottle of water.. It was 170MXN ($11) per bottle 650ml and they serve 1 bottle per person. I dont drink a lot ot water since I do order for soda/cocktail but had to pay for it anyway..
So be mindful when you ask for water. All these restaurants in the property charge for water.. and food/cocktail cost was comparable to Vegas's 5star hotels... a bit pricey..
Valet service only for car and I believe it was expected to give them tips.. but like I said everyone was extremely nice.
