Everything was great at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The mattress really needs replacing. Our only complaint was that there were only two wash cloths in the bathroom. That’s just not enough of an overnight stay.

This is my second time staying here, but this time was for 4 nights, last time was only 1. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very nice! We always choose hotels with indoor pools cause our 8 yr old loves to swim. The pool is nice enough, but it was very cold. They said it has a heater, but it doesn't work very well. IF that could be fixed it would be great. No hot tub though which is a bummer. Mr Flippo, the gentleman that handles the breakfast area, is a ray of sunshine! Great attitude and very friendly! Ask him to sing you a song, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful new hotel at a great location. Service staff has NO concept of "Do not disturb". Multiple staff knocks at the door at various times. Otherwise, would have been a great stay.

Breakfast was excellent! This is mainly attributed to the gentleman running the breakfast service. He was friendly, attentive, conscientious, and created a relaxing and welcoming environment.

For the price I was so surprised! The location was great. We went to a Tool concert but didn’t want to stay downtown. I like this location because it’s right off 40, plenty of extra shopping for a wife waiting on husband, food, gas stations and it only took us about 20 mins to get downtown paid to park and walked across the street to Bridgestone. The community was peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The big big plus was fresh hot coffee available for free anytime I wanted it! Their coffee bar is amazing! They do have breakfast included but I slept in. Will absolutely be staying in again.

Avid gave me a nice surprise along my journey, with easy check-in, plenty of food options on site for the evening, beautiful room, and nutritious breakfast. I also really like the Dove products

decor was a little different than most hotels-- sort of a miminalist approach. Room did not have carpet, closet, or microwave. That was all OK, thought. Was vert clean, bright, and quiet. Enjoyed the stay.

The front desk attendants was some of the best I have seen in awhile. I have been in customer services for 35 years and I wish I could take them to the attraction I manage.

I enjoyed my stay here. There's nice spacious fitness studio with fresh towels and a purified water fountain to refill a water bottle. The pool is small and indoor but was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The dining area was very well kept. There is a microwave. Purified water fountain and coffee/tea station open 24/7. All staff was very friendly all times of day. The location is great. It's near a mall, target, gas stations, cracker barrel and waffle house and many other restaurants and dfats food and about 20 mins from Nashville airport and thirty mins from the city. The room is smaller than most hotel rooms but it was very comfortable. To be honest I didn't have a good night sleep, the pillows were just to soft for me. There's a mini refrigerator and the bathroom was very spacious. My only complaint for the room is that my floors were a bit dirty and my remote for the TV didn't work. There's a restaurant and bar in the lobby, but I didn't visit it.

Hotel was clean, convenient for our needs, and staff was very friendly. It was a pleasure to talk with Mr. Flippo (who worked in the breakfast area). He made a great start to the day! The restaurant (Burger Theory) had great burger and fries!

Super clean, with restaurants, reading areas, pool and mainly the beds are sooo comfortable!. Everything we love and we will be back to this area. We go very often to Nashville and this is the area that we love. Target is a few minutes driving so yes it has everything!

It took them an hour to check us in. We were given a room that was out of order. The restaurant was closed the days we were there. An was told they are short of staff.

The only bad part was this hotel was hard to find. Our GPS led us to another location using this address. We came in during a torrential downpour so we really couldn’t see anything until we got there. Other than that this location was fantastic!

Very clean and nice hotel. Not many options for breakfast, thought it would offer more and when needing more towels you have to go to the lobby and get them instead of them bringing them to your room, but overall loved the hotel.
