Nice place, room was spacious and very clean. Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Issue was that the main bed was a Murphy bed, and not very supportive or comfortable. (Room was big enough where bed did not have to be a Murphy bed). Don’t know if my back could have handled it for another day or 2. Did not say that in room description. Stated it was a queen bed and sleeper sofa.

I can’t wait to stay here again. Our room was perfect for a girls get away. There were basic dishes so we could have snacks & drinks . Staff was friendly & helpful ✔️

Useful place for a 1 night stop on way East to Maine. Only drawback was the road outside... Plenty of traffic which meant noise and a bit of a challenge crossing to the walkway on the opposite side of the road. Otherwise useful for wolfeboro.

Good location, comfortable, well equipped, large studio. Pool was occupied by a group of ladies exercising from 10:30 to 11:30 am so we did not swim.

Great value for the money. Room much spacious, clean, and well supplied. The staff were very pleasant.

Place could use some updating. Generally felt clean, but some room for improvement (shower had black spots, dust on the ceiling vent, sticky part of the floor, etc.). Biggest complaint was that the checkout was earlier than listed here. Checkout is at 10am, not 11am.

The front desk staff were very friendly (both at check in and check out)! The room was clean and offered a bed and two pull out sofas which was perfect for us. We didnt use the ameneties (horsehoe pit, pool, grill, badmitton net, etc) as we only stayed one night though definitely stay there when next in the area.

If you like small town and quietness in roual area this is the place for you.
Not a fast pace for younger generations but great place for the older generations with beautiful landscaping, golf courses, weight room and pool area.

The property advertised:
"Private bathroom with Shower/tub combination , Shampoo, Soap & Hair dryer."
There was a private bathroom with a hair dryer and that was the only true thing. There was no shower/tub combination nor any conditioner or soap. The office said they were out of those things. AND the shower was a very small old thing with a water control that only barely worked with much effort. NO TUB at all. We paid a premium price because I wanted those things!
Our room was on the third floor with no elevator and very steep stairs and no help getting our luggage up there. Our main window was directly over a busy main street with an old fashioned window air conditioner with the fillers on each side so it was as noisy as having the window open.
We never saw most of the other amenities because they were in another building somewhere and the office was always too busy to give any help or directions.
We wanted to stay in an older place with character but I would never choose this place again.

It was fine for a one-night stay. The staff was friendly, the room was a bit tired and just ok.

Amazing propriety and great location. We booked a room at the yacht club location, overlooking the water. We had amazing view of the lake and were within walking distance of all restaurants and Wolfeboro.

We loved our stay at the windrifter! It was a great location: the staff made check in a breeze and my son LOVED the pool. The balcony overlooking the golf course was beautiful and the location to downtown made things easy! Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

Great property right next to the water. Sheets and towels were clean, shower was hot. Walking distance to cute shops and ice cream. Really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is I called ahead to be sure the pull-out couches had bedding, was assured they did, but they didn't. We made due with extra blankets in the room, but bedding would have been appreciated.

What a wonderful surprise! Going to concert and looking for affordable room for the night. We were very impressed with the entire facility and will be getting rooms for our adult children and grandchildren soon, so we can bring the whole family for some golf and to visit the area. Thank you for a great stay.

The shower was moldy and mildewly. The blinds in the bedroom were taped together with red duct tape. The air conditioner in the bedroom was rusty and smelled musty when turned on.

Needed a quick overnight and hoped to get in early. Staff helped us to do that and the place was super convenient to everything we needed. Everyone was friendly. Place was clean and efficient

The Windrifter is a fairly dated hotel - hard to call it a 'resort'. Their staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I requested to change rooms after my initial room was directly across from the building entry door, making my door rattle/slam every time someone entered/exited the building through the entry. The walls are thin and you can't escape the noise of upstairs guests/kids running up and down the halls and in their room. Overall it was fine for one night.

There is a lot to do on site, friendly and helpful staff, and a very quiet location. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was great. Spacious room and we loved the balcony. We will be back again!

This was a clean, comfortable room with a full kitchen and supplies. The interiors are outdated, but everything was working correctly. The late check in time, and early check out time of 10 am was inconvenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and would return.

The staff was very friendly. There is a special section with 5 units side by side for handicapped people. The unit was spacious, with a full bath, large living room/bedroom, a mini kitchen, microwave, small, full size frig, closet, sink and large counter. The bed was very comfortable. The open are had a queen size bed, two small living room chairs, sofa/bed, and small table with four chairs. The highlight of the unit was a private back porch overlooking a golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was easy, and the woman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and make change for me to use the washer and dryer. She also recommended the Golf Club for dinner. It was very good.
I also walked to the downtown area and stopped a local coffee shor, and then received a trolly ride back. I also dined at a local restaurant along the walk downtown. Thank you.
