Summary:
Superb and branded new apartment of 50 Sqm, tastefully decorated and tech oriented. Perfect for a couple or a solo stay. (3 with a child)
It offers comfort conditions of very high standard with its bedroom, bathroom, large living room, separate WC, its amazing fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are a lot of storage spaces. We also have picked premium matrix for our bed.
It is a prime location on Latin Quarter and the apartment is oriented on a small street and has double glazing.

The flat is at a walking distance of 550m to the Jardin du Luxembourg and the legendary Cathedral Notre-Dame is at 15 minutes walk.

The location of this apartment was great. In the heart of the 6th you are steps away from incredible shops and cafes. The street it’s located on is VERY lively with lots of bars that stay open till the wee hours of the morning. The noise is not a problem with the windows closed, but, on hotter nights this may prove problematic if you need fresh air (the apartment does not have A/C but has plenty of fans).The apartment is spacious and filled with plenty of natural light. Having a large living room and well appointed kitchen was a welcome change from the hotels we had stayed in prior to our arrival.Something to consider. This is a 4th floor walk up with VERY narrow and windy stairs. If you have large/heavy checked bags it will be a challenge getting them into/out of the apartment. Please note: the apartment is managed by a third party firm and our payment was processed OUTSIDE the VRBO platform. A bank transfer will be required.We raised some small issues with the management firm (a malfunctioning shower, inoperable lights etc) that once addressed should improve visits for future guests.If you are looking for a spacious apartment in the heart of a lively neighborhood, this is your spot.

The listing and photos were really accurate, which is great. More than enough space for two people, and in a trendy area with lots of restaurants and nightlife, steps from the Metro. The Marche St Germain is 100 meters away, with many cafes but also fish, cheese, meat and produce. The kitchen was unusually well equipped, and we were able to make many meals.
Communication with hosts was excellent, and speedy. As mentioned in the listing, it is on the fourth floor with no lift, which is fine if you don't mind stairs. But they are also narrow stairs, which some older renters might find daunting. We are 60, and it didn't bother us, but even older renters might be cautious.
Loved the place, and will likely rent it again.
