Immaculately clean, lots of cleaning products to keep it clean throughout the visit. Tons of blankets and towels. Books/candles in every room added to a overall peaceful asthetic. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 20/10 truly went above and beyond expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terry's place. It was very clean, lots of room and a short drive to groceries and food. The place has a terrific, very large back yard with a swing set, and hot tub. Terry was very helpful and quickly responsive to questions. We had a great stay.

We had an excellent experience at the property. Extremely clean and owner extended many little touches like flowers and a bottle of wine to greet us on our arrival, plus a handwritten welcome note. Chilled margarita glasses in the freezer and easy instructions how how to use the hot tub made our stay a 10 out of 10! Close to our concert venue, I would highly recommend!

What a fabulous property! Terry was a wonderful host, excellent communication throughout, a handwritten note, bottle of wine, and fresh flowers on the table at arrival. Lots of water bottles in the fridge and even had martini glasses chipled in the freezer! Very clean, tons of towels, comfortable bedding. Kitchen very well stocked for any cooking needs with spices etc. The deck and yard are very nice and peaceful and the hot tub was clean and amazing. Great location, short 10 min drive into the main area of Canandaigua with lots of charming restaurants and an easy 15 min to CMAC for our concert. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Really nice place in every way.

This home had everything wanted but a view of the lake. It was in a safe and quiet area w/lots of backyard. Easy check in included a bottle of wine, flowers and a welcome note on the dining room table. We had a couple of questions and Terry responded quickly and was so pleasant. Bedrooms were huge as were the beds! Very comfortable. Hot tub was terrific. We are already thinking about fall.

Beautiful home and property. Wonderful beds! I think my biggest complaints about any VRBO we stay at is they usually have crappy mattresses and THIS WAS QUITE THE OPPOSITE! The beds were adjustable and the mattresses were amazing. Great host and easy communication. Very near Canandaigua.

We had a great stay for a ladie’s overnight ski trip. The house is exactly as pictured and described. The owner Terry was great and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

You have to watch a sunrise from the jacuzzi. Breathtaking! Nice clean house. Quiet. There are neighbors but we never even saw them. Host was great. Very helpful and polite. If we are ever in the area again we would stay there again.

This was the perfect get away! We arrived to a bottle of wine on the dining room table with 2 glasses and a note, along with instructions for the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were amazingly soft! We enjoyed relaxing the hot tub after our wine tour. We're already talking about planning another trip and hopefully longer stay as we didn't want to leave the cozy environment! Thank you!

Located in a quiet residential area. A doe and her two fawns came out from the wooded area behind the house and grazed. Very nice back deck with dining area, canopy, comfy cushioned chairs, gas grill. Eight seat hot tub. Perhaps a little fence around north side of patio for more privacy. House is immaculate, with comfortable seating throughout. A 3 ring binder with information about the house, amenities, and manuals or instructions to run grill, hot tub may be a great help to other guests. Beautifully decorated. Whoever picked out the decor and comfortable beds, couches etc should be given a raise. Terry was very quick to respond to any questions and I love that he provides little toiletries in each restroom. It was a very thoughtful touch that shows he wants his guests to be comfortable and he goes the extra mile. Would definitely book again. I submitted pictures of the place and how much we loved it on my Facebook page and many friends commented on how nice it looked. This is a true gem, perfect for a couple, and for families. Well done!

We just stayed overnight for our anniversary however we are definitely talking about going back. This is a great home located close to everything. Very clean, everything is there you could need for your stay and the hosts were great.
