Antes de mais nada, a localização é perfeita, na Praia de Palmas, com os quartos diretamente na praia.
Nem sei como descrever a equipe, porque desde o primeiro momento nos sentimos em casa e em família, super mimados. Eles foram extremamente gentis e nunca nos deixaram faltar nada.

Pode melhorar: opções de café, água quente chuveiro, mais tomadas. Mas sabemos que estamos em uma ilha, então possuímos limitações.

A wonderful location on a quiet and beautiful beach. The beachfront restaurant, where you can dine with your feet in the sand, served very good food. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. My partner and daughter arrived with stomach problems, and the kitchen kindly prepared a special meal for them, which we really appreciated. They also did some laundry for us, even though this is not a standard service they offer. The hotel can arrange a boat transfer from either Conceição de Jacareí or Abraão (around R$350), which is very convenient. Walking from Abraão is a beautiful alternative, but the forest trail may be less practical with suitcases.
Breakfast was simpler than we had expected, consisting of a hot or cold drink and one item from the menu (for example, an omelette sandwich). It was delicious and enough to start the day without feeling hungry, but guests looking for a more extensive buffet-style breakfast should adjust their expectations.
