It was like a cosy little studio apartment. Very cosy, especially on the very rainy day I was in Wolfsburg
No staff available. I do miss a reception desk, some to smile too, or at least a number to call in case you need new towels or whatnot.

Good location for what I wanted to do: visit Volkswagen. Also, all instructions for check-in and invoicing process went smooth.
No A/C and during the European heat wave it was difficult to get a good rest during the night.

This is my fourth stay at this aparthotel. The location is convenient, close to the train station, busses, and the city center, was well as good restaurants nearby. Perfect for my needs.

Good location. Good bedroom.
I was there for 2 weeks. Saw 1 host throughout the entire stay. They forgot to leave towels for 2 people. They forgot to give pillows for 2 people. They left us the dishwasher soap empty. The toilet paper ended and no one gave us a new one for 1 week. Tried to contact them and not only took hours to get a reply but also nothing changed
