Langfristige Parkplätze sind in der Nähe nicht vorhanden. Der Fußweg in die Stadt ist aufgrund des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens gefährlich beziehungsweise unangenehm. Für Paare eine gute Unterkunft. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Senioren ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen..

Kitchen needs some more utensils for cooking

Beautiful home, in a really nice location. Only two stops on the metro from Sorrento. Valerio was an excellent host who was super helpful when we had any questions. Really comfortable and clean.

It is a lovely property which has a balcony area looking out onto a lemon orchard. It is situated near to x2 beaches which we visited during our stay. The layout of the property was really nice and the facilities provided were good as well.

The property check in was from 12, therefore we arrived at the property at 12 to be met by the cleaner who informed us that the previous guests had checked out at half 11 and she still needed to clean and we would be unable to check in until 3. We understood this but at no point had the host contacted us to inform us the check in time had been changed. As a result we walked into Sorrento which is a 45 minute walk from the property for lunch whilst we awaited being able to check in. The host then contacted us to state we could check in earlier if we wanted but at this point we had just got into Sorrento and did not apologise for the inconvenience caused. Following this we then informed the host we would arrive back to the property at 16:30hrs in order to check in, however they informed us we would have to collect the keys from a nearby hotel instead and no one would meet us at the property. Once we had collected the keys we entered the property which had no information regarding check out, city tax, the facilities available or any possible recommendations. At the end of this day myself and my partner were settling down ready to go to bed at which point the host contacted us at 23:00hrs asking us to provide photos of our passports which we thought was a very inconvenient time to start asking about and could have been resolved by meeting us at the property for check in in the first place which is what is advertised. When it came to the penultimate day of our stay at the property myself and my partner still had no idea how to check out. Therefore I had to contact the host both via WhatsApp and the Booking.com app due to a lack of reply in order to find out as they had still not informed us which we should not have had to do. Plus when the host did inform us he let us know about the city tax at that point, luckily we were already aware of this prior to our stay but it should have been clarified when we first checked in.
