Central location, nice, old house, lovely host. A great place for my stay in Nove Mesto. Had a bike storage room as well, a key safe, so it was perfect for my purposes. Coffee, and tea included, a courtesy chocolate on the bed... very friendly and definitely a place to recommend!

Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter. Jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage. Div. Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kurze Anfahrtswege zu den Trails. Privater Bike Keller.
Leider nur eine Badewanne keine Dusche. Fenster sind recht alt und umständlich zu öffnen aber das sind schon die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Owners of the apartment are exceptionally kind and very flexible. Communication and handover of the keys was very smooth, communicating via Booking messages and WhatsApp. Apartment itself if quite large, with niec living room and separate sleeping space. All premises very exceptionally clean (this was very pleasant), apartment smelled nice and beds were super comfy. Apartment is on a first floor but noise from the street is very minimal and sleeping was uninterrupted. Kitchen was well equipped for regular cooking with all the utensils being in brand-new condition and functional. Bike storage is in the same building, one flight of stairs from where you sleep. Owners offered us keys for bike storage room and heavy duty bike lock for additional security. Floor pump and shock pump were offered as well. We were very comfortable with leaving our expensive bikes in there.

Toto ubytování jsme si vybrali, protoze jsme potrebovali dve samostatne loznice (jedna z loznic je spojena s kuchyni, ale koupelna je od obou oddelena). Apartmán je opravdu velky a dobre vybaveny k ohrevu nebo priprave jidla. Kuchyne take slouzi jako obyvak/spolecenska mistnost.
Majitelum chceme podekovat za vytopene mistnosti, toto jsem v Cechach jeste nezazila, a po celodennim bezkovani bylo uzasne moci si ususit vsechny veci a osprchovat se ve vyhrate koupelne! Dekujeme!
Dum je hned vedle namesti a blizko k restauracim. Ty nas take nezklamaly.
Ubytovani je cca 15 min autem od Smědavy odkud jsme vyrazeli na bezky, ale udajne se da vyrazet i kousek za mestem (pokud je snih). Okruh Smědava-Jizerka-Smědava má asi 16 km.
Radi se do tohoto ubytovni vratime.
Asi bych ocenila silnejsi zavesy na stranu k silnici kde sviti lampa.
