Je cherchais la détente, j’ai trouvé le stress.

L’hébergement ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées dans l’annonce. La majorité des équipements sont cassés ou inutilisables : assiettes abîmées, couteaux émoussés, poêles très usées. La propreté laisse aussi à désirer : sur les trois lavabos de la cuisine, deux étaient extrêmement sales, et un coussin présentait même des taches de sang. Il y a également un manque flagrant de produits d’hygiène de base, tels que des chiffons ou du matériel de nettoyage. À notre arrivée, il nous a été imposé de verser une caution de 500 € pour obtenir les clés, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué dans l’annonce (et qu’on a refusé de nous montrer où elle était indiquée ). L’accueil du personnel a été très désagréable : la responsable était hautaine et peu aimable. Elle nous a menacés de ne pas restituer la caution si nous ne faisions pas le ménage complet du logement, y compris vider l’aspirateur (alors utilisé une seule fois) et balayer les feuilles de la terrasse, alors même que nous ne nous y étions pas rendus. J’ai déjà réservé plusieurs fois via Booking sans jamais rencontrer de problème, mais cette expérience a été une véritable catastrophe.
