The room size, outlook and building character in general. Outlook from room. Plenty of hangers in room & shower room. Bath facilities kept stocked of items. Comfortable clean towels and linen provided. Complimentary tea & coffee & kettle etc. Probably the bar and ale selection on offer but insufficient energy in evening to try! Convenient to supermarkets, Wetherspoons and shops nearby. Large shower/ toilet room. Approachable helpful staff. Would stay again.
Mixed feelings on main bed,larger, firmer possibly better. Room facilities - could benefit from bag/case off floor carrier or storage, another chair or sofa, and better side table stack, just little things to ease the stay and unpack a little, and maybe a larger tv! Be aware, steps in/out of room so need be reasonably mobile.

Good location, spacious room.
On one of the hotter days of the summer the room was like an oven with no means cooling it down. Very difficult to sleep due to oppressive heat. Provision of a basic electric fan could have made the room conditions more bearable but the only fan in evidence was, I was told, for the exclusive use of the assistant manager.
