About this cabin rental
This new modern 3 bedroom cabin puts you right downtown only 1 1/2 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. Rebuild after the fire of 2016, its overall feel is to pay homage to the firefighters that worked the area. The home offers a large front porch area with rockers, and there is parking available for 4 vehicles. The main level of the home has a large living area with gas fireplace, couch, 2 chairs and ottoman. The fully equipped kitchen is right off of the fireplace and there a dining table with 8 chairs. The patio off of the kitchen features the outdoor hot tub, table and chairs, charcoal grill and fire pit. There is a king master bedroom on this level with an adjoining bath with tub and shower. Upstairs the 2 nd king bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk in shower. In the center of the second level is the game area with pool table, pub table and chairs, arcade table and leather chair with ottoman. The 3rd bedroom is also a king, and has its own private bathroom with walk in shower. This cabin is not pet friendly and does not allow smoking.

The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. Pretty close to the strip so we walked everywhere we went in Gatlinburg. Saved a lot of money when we didn’t have to pay parking. Nice and unique firefighter decor throughout the house. Would recommend.

This property was perfect for us. As a family of 5, we had plenty of room, the accommodations were comfortable and clean, and access to the main strip was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Best VRBO I've ever been to! Very clean and prepped/presented beautifully. Wonderful communication/availability of host. Hot tub was warm enough and clearly clean. Plenty of parking and so convenient to walking downtown. Enjoyed the pool table and the large selection of vintage video games (60). We would like to rent this cabin again, however, if it wasn't available, I'd feel confident renting a different property hosted by Parkside Cabin Rentals. Heartily recommend!

Great Place, Great time.The only thing we could not find was a lighter or matches for lighting the grill the grillEverything else was great and white water rafting was a blast down the upper Pigeon River
