Great central location, and a very reasonable price. The facilities were ample, and made for a pleasant stay.
There was a very strong smell of damp upon entering the property, and it was always present although lessened when in the gite. The stairs were pretty sketchy, and difficult to navigate for the children. Also, there seemed to be a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink as it was very slow to drain.

Beau petit appartement, bien aménagé, avec goût.
L'hôte est très agréable au téléphone.
Le petit livret d'accueil est bien documenté (et bilingue, qui plus est !).
J'ai apprécié la présence des ventilateurs par ces temps caniculaires.
Petite "réparation" à prévoir sur la chasse d'eau.
Sauf erreur de ma part, l'annonce Booking ne précise pas qu'il y a des escaliers : un premier (depuis l'entrée sur rue) pour accéder au séjour/cuisine; puis un deuxième pour accéder à la chambre. Il serait bien de l'indiquer pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.

Convenient location on the edge of Epernay and Hautvillers (beautiful village a few miles away). We were also kindly given a 1pm arrival time for check in when we gave the owner a call , having arrived in Magenta early.
Step stairs to bedroom to take luggage and extremely awkward to get on and off the floor. Don’t remember this being advertised as an issue. Beware if your elderly. Shower bath also was very unstable when having a shower again anyone who is unsafe of their feet beware.
