The location is great, even we were told that the mentioned apartment is under renovation, proposed one was on the same street. While initial flat was 1-room, proposed one - 2 bedrooms.
Landlord is open and supportive
The view from the window is to the yard, while mountains can be seen into the distance
It was last floor, so to get hot water it is needed to wait for 15 minutes
Neighbors have maintenance, so there were drilling sounds every day
The apartment condition requires renovation - unglued tiles and mould in bath, selectively working lighting.
In the bottle with dishwashing liquid there is a cleaning agent; soap is diluted, one towel per person and 1 roll of toilet paper is considered to be enough for a week for 2 persons
