The owner was very nice and, really helpfull and easy to get in touch. We really appreciated that! She had always little cookies, coffee and teabags just behing the door, in a small lobby. Funny, how you can almost always see which gender owns the apartment. Women owners think about women clients´s needs: there are enough hangers, a big mirror etc in the rooms. Little, but important details. The balcony was important: we could keep there all wet swimming suits, towels etc.
The situation is a bit far from the center and stations. And there are lots of gas stations along the way, so not so nice nor beautiful area to walk every day. But there are some cheaper and quite good small restaurants pretty near.

really clean, lots of amenities e.g., toiletries, towels, free water and snacks, room was spacious and bed was comfy, balcony was lovely, overall amazing value for sorrento!
located right by the main road so very loud and slightly far from the centre (15 mins walk) and can be difficult to get to as the roads are very narrow

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the room felt fresh and comfortable. Having reliable air conditioning was a huge plus, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The hosts were incredibly generous, providing complimentary snacks and convenient luggage storage that made our travel days stress-free.
The only downside is that it is a long walk to the town center. If you do not mind a bit of walking, the hospitality makes it completely worth it.
