When you enter the hotel, it looks and feels luxurious. It is hygiencally clean including the lifts are amazing. You feel very proud to be in a hotel like this. The bed sheets and pillows in the room are very hygienic and clean, so a nice comfortable sleep is definetely guranteed. The bathroom towels are also hygienic and clean. The AC is cool, and I like the room size and the use of space. The staff were friendlv and helpful. However the lady receptionist struggled with the english language to understand me. Therefore she took extreme time of mine, making me wait for more than 2 hours just so I could get a room. But at the end luckily her shift got swapped with an male. He was excellent. fast and sorted everything out for me. He managed well with English.
The bathroom. First of all there wasnt hot water to have bath with, it was just mild warm. I felt cold due to this daily. I made an complaint about the water but nothing was done about it. It was still continously mild warm everyday. Secondly the tiles needs changing they were dirty and better hygiene cleaning is required in the washroom. The sink was also dirty. The carpets are not really clean, they seem old, it either needs to be changed or cleaned properly for hygiene purposes. And lastly always after an shower it floods... the bathroom is always wet whenever going in to use it after having it used for shower. They should give at least a wiper or install a dryer for the wet tiles.

The staff was super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant manager in the evening during our stay was always helpful and friendly, and the restaurant staff were helpful too.
After a shower, the bathroom kept flooding. It would be good if there was a floor wiper to sweep away the water

Location was ok, didn't take too long to get to Haram.
