Very clean and modern room. Within 30 minute walk of Newmarket downtown. 15 minute walk from convenience store. 20 minutes away from RAF Lakenheath. Wonderful view of the countryside and flock of sheep. Safe area. Quiet. The coffee machine. Great hosts.
Shared bathroom. The breakfast was just cereal, yogurt and fruit.

Clean, modern room with super comfy bed. We loved having naturally derived soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which smelt divine ๐
Breakfast was lovely, good choice including fresh berries and homemade banana and chocolate muffins.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere in the breakfast room with lovely decor.
We loved the area and the view onto fields with sheep and horses. Very relaxing ๐
We would definitely come back instead of booking a busy hotel. Great intimate little place, perfect for those who don't like crowds.
