Breakfast was of the continental variety and very filling.

The only comment was not having an ensuite but for the money it was excellent value

This B&B is superb. You will be greeted by a welcoming host. You will relax in a warm, tastefully styled room will a gorgeous view and very comfortable bed. You will enjoy a lovely continental style breakfast with quality options. You will want to stay again.

Very clean, looks new, very well presented and lovely host. good breakfast and lovely setting. ample parking. very convenient location close to the Newmarket centre, peaceful location and my room was at the back, so peaceful that could sleep with the window open.

nothing, only change I will make the next time I visit, is to book a room with en-suite, I was caught waiting for a couple to finish using the bathroom and it was 40 minutes, then again whilst the same couple used the toilet before leaving, another 20 minutes. Not the property’s fault but a lesson to me, if you don’t want to wait for a a shared bathroom to become available, pay a little more and get en-suite.

The house was very well apportioned. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Good parking space and very enjoyable pub (New Wellington) nearby with wonderful food.

Clean, modern house. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Clean room with plenty of storage.

No lock on bedroom door. Difficult to know if shared bathroom was in use.

I got told off for wearing my shoes upstairs,don’t like walking up narrow polished wooden staircases in socks , belongings in bathroom drawers , shower could do with deep clean and to cap it all no locks on the doors, breakfast was a poor continental,most of group went elsewhere

I was very confused at first - I didn’t really check it out that much I just saw that the room was nice and it had a few good reviews but it was a beautiful house and the Girl looking after the place was very accompanying and able to tell me about the town.

We had to go up 2 flights of stairs, had to take shoes of at door, no cooked breakfast. And room Hadl ow ceilings which my husband couldn't stop banging his head
