Great location. We were there for a kids football tournament in Stobrec and the apartment was two minutes away. If you hire a car you have lots of options to visit several beautiful areas, all easy to reach and worth the trip.
We booked the 1-bed, ground floor apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is fantastic, and our host Ivo made us feel very welcome from the outset, greeting us on the driveway and offering help with our luggage. The building is set off the road down a sloping driveway so while there is no view of the beach opposite (if you're on the ground floor) you are protected from the heat. There is a lovely seating area on the patio and parking directly in front of the apartment away from the road - peace of mind for your hire car.
Once inside, the facilities are outstanding. Secure entry, a lounge with modern furniture, dining table & chairs, sofa, TV etc leading on to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, toaster crockery etc. The only item we couldn't find was a corkscrew but there is literally everything else you could need and our host very kindly supplied a big bowl of fruit and several drinks in the fridge on our arrival.
A shower/toilet just off the lounge, then through to the bedroom. Kingsize bed, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, dressing table, towels and extra bedding. Fantastic nights' sleep as the area is so peaceful. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and washing machine! We had a quick tour of Ivo's lovely olive tree garden where he produces his own olive oil. The area where the apartment sits is lovely and quiet, set off the road but close enough to the village where you can grab any essentials and a cliffside cafe/bar. TV in the apt. has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. you can log into via your own account.
We have no complaints. Our host, the apartment, location, cafe across the road, views, local hospitality, amenities, supermarket, bakery, beach were all lovely.

Tout!
