It was clean, everything was immaculate from the gardens, pool and the rooms. The staff were amazing. So friendly, helpful, efficient and so welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was amazing, staff were extremely friendly. Genuinely an amazing experience. The rooms were very clean, showers were very good as well. Also constant electricity, as some places on the island don’t have it past a certain time but royal suites does. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. 10/10 recommend.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and the mattress was comfortable. The A/C was good, the location is good, it was quiet at night. A big benefit is the access to a normal washing machine, which is difficult to find while travelling.
The internet was not working at all in our room. The wifi at the pool area was okay, but it was not helpful as it’s not possible to work from the pool area.
Overall, it is rather a basic accommodation that does provide the value for money. The rooms are simple, and the breakfast is limited to basic options. In our experience, the price is unreasonably high for the standard provided. During our time in Palawan, we stayed in several places that offered a significantly better standard for this price range.
