The hotel was in a very convenient place for walking along the 'prom'. There was a nice sea view from the bedroom. Breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant. We understand the charge for parking had been waived as from 1 Sept so that was a nice gesture.
The bedroom was rather small and we missed the usual "tea & coffee making facilities" there, although there was a kettle to make your own, plus some cold water, available in the foyer.
We ate in the restaurant one night. The food was good when it arrived, but the waitress was unable to give us much information about the ingredients / dishes, even in French.
