The staff were contagiously nice, friendly & genuinely proactive in helping guests. The pool was lovely, especially the cute waterfall and whirlpool, which provided great massages while relaxing.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing — we couldn't wait to wake up for it! We also tried the evening restaurant on our last day, and it was just as excellent.
Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, including the garden and even the sunbeds, which were cleaned and disinfected every evening. I was also impressed when a leaking bidet I noticed on our first day had been fixed by the next day — without us even reporting it!
The location is fantastic, with Lekuresi Castle right next to the hotel, offering breathtaking panoramic views and mesmerizing sunsets.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Despite having had an excellent experience, I would still like to offer a few suggestions that could make the hotel even better:
-Please consider offering a laundry service for guests. There are probably several ways this could be implemented, whether in-house or through cooperation with a local laundry service. For longer stays, this would be a very useful addition.
-Consider expanding your cooperation with local tourist attraction and activity providers. There are many interesting things to see and do in the city and surrounding region. Offering guests organized activities, excursions, discounts, or partnerships with local providers could add considerable value — and would benefit the hotel as well.
-Expand the cocktail selection at the bar. The menu currently offers only two of the most basic cocktails. Adding a few more creative or classic options would be a great improvement. We would certainly have ordered cocktails more frequently if there had been a wider selection available.
All in all, this was the best experience of the four hotels we visited during our holiday.
The promised mosquito net was unfortunately not available in our room. However, the hotel provided a mosquito repellent device that plugs into an electrical socket and can be left running overnight as an alternative. While this was a helpful substitute, we would still have preferred the mosquito net, as it would have allowed us to keep the window open and enjoy some fresh air without worrying about mosquitoes.
The pool was actually somewhat narrower than it appears in the pictures. Based on its actual size, I would imagine that no more than around six people could use it comfortably at the same time. Fortunately, during our stay, there were never more than four people using the pool simultaneously, so it never became an issue for us.

Camere nuove, spaziose e pulitissime. Lo staff è stato super accogliente, sempre sorridente e scherzoso con il nostro bimbo. Parlano benissimo italiano e ci hanno intrattenuto piacevolmente durante la colazione (strepitosa) a bordo piscina, suggerendoci le spiagge migliori e prestandoci anche un ombrellone. Menzione speciale per le crepes, i waffle e le marmellate di loro produzione. Consigliamo senza indugio questa villa! Continuate così :)

Très bon petit déjeuner le patron Lucas est un homme d'une gentillesse extraordinaire.
Lui et ses enfants ainsi que son épouse sont aux petits soins toujours prêts à vous rendre service.
