This was my fifth stay at the hotel, and my second under the new management.
The location is very convenient, the courtyard is cozy, and the rooms are nice, with comfortable beds.
What I especially appreciate is the bathrobe — finally, one that comes in a genuinely large size. A small detail, perhaps, but one that makes you forgive quite a lot.
The only issue is the door security. In room 2008, there was no way to lock the door securely from the inside and no safety chain either. It felt a little uncomfortable.le.

Location and huge room
AC not working properly while more than 35degres
Swimming pool forbidden for women from 8am to 11pm
Long process for check in (not found reeervzrion , then concrétion in local currency not good….different prixe applied )

Great English/Russian speaking staff that was always ready to help. We had a small issue with our room that was resolved immediately
We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was delicious
Hotel is overpriced for its standard - i wouldn't rate it 4*
Bathrooms could be bigger and better equipped.
Beds were a bit hard for us
Breakfast was not so good - no one was bringing more food when it ran out - I understand it's Ramadan, but if you are serving food for guest who aren't Muslim you expect food to be at least warm and filled when needed (they served breakfast 7-10, we were there around 9)
