Siempre es un gusto quedarse en Orchid. El personal es muy amable, los desayunos muy ricos, el bungalow es un lugar perfecto para descansar. En general la casa es muy bonita, que tenga alberca y acceso a la playa es un gran atributo.
En todas mis estancias no he encontrado algo que hasta el momento no me gusto, volvería.

Hermoso el hotel y nuestra habitación
Los climas de las recámaras no enfriaban mucho, pero no se sentía caliente. Las puertas de los gabinetes de la cocina le faltaba aceite o mantenimiento.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit schönem Pool und sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch zum Teil nicht einem 5 Sterne Standard entsprechend ausgebildet (zum Teil gar kein Englisch...). Uns haben die zwei Nächte insgesamt gut gefallen.
Abzug von Sternen, weil bei der Abbrechung zwei große Fehler passiert sind. Zum einen wurde uns ein falscher Betrag gebucht. Deutlich zu teures Abendessen. Da ich die Belege des Vorabends fotografiert habe, konnte ich nachweisen, dass wir das nicht verzehrt haben. Es wurde dann nach längerer Wartezeit korrigiert. Entschuldigt wurde sich dafür allerdings nicht, was uns sehr gestört hat. Fehler können ja passieren, aber dann sollte man sich entschuldigen oder etwas für die Wiedergutmachung tun. Zudem wurde bei Anreise eine Gebühr von ca. 25 Dollar verlangt. Diese musste bezahlt werden, trotz Reklamation, dass diese beim Buchen auf Booking nie beschrieben wurde. Wir haben bereits im Voraus alles per Booking.com bezahlt, von einer weiteren Resortgebühr war nirgends (auch im Kleingedruckten nicht) etwas gestanden. Das war wirklich schade. Eine Reklamation über Booking.com läuft jetzt im Nachgang. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Standard. Das wirkte alles etwas unprofessionell auf uns! Schade!
