Location is great. Nice territory and swimming pool. Very comfortable mattresses. Great property manager Seymour. Very helpful and always in touch ready to help.
AC kept turning off all the time even when doors are closed. Very inconvenient. Don't remember this problem existed last year. Ants are everywhere in the kitchen, upstairs bedroom and on the balcony. Pillows are not very comfortable for me personally. Frying pans have to be changed.The facility would benefit from enhanced cleaning procedures in my opinion.

It’s a nice size facility with about a dozen units and the staff was excellent. The outdoor covered decks are very large and seat 6 people easily. The unit was spacious and ours had a second floor so this adds privacy for those in the second bedroom/bathroom. They have Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler available for rent so this was very handy. Seymour was available anytime and communication was great leading up to the trip.
It was all good.

The place is perfect for what we wanted to use it for. We rented a car and didn’t need to be beachfront: we hit pretty much every beach in Aruba. All the grocery stores are very close and the owner and property manager were fantastic.. thanks Seymore!
