Location and air conditioned room with comfortable shower. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast
Lobby and restaurant area did not have air conditioning and was very hot/ humid

We really liked the staff, John was extremely helpful and the woman in charge of breakfast was extremely sweet. The rooms were great value for money as well. Comfy bed, good air conditioning, delicious breakfast and the location was amazing as well. In the heart of Cartagena and very close to lots of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket around the corner. 24/7 reception service made us feel very safe and looked after.
We were given a different room than the one we had booked on the first night we arrived. John explained to us that that’s an issue with booking.com and moved us to our correct room the following two nights. They were practically the same besides the fact that the one we booked had a window and the other one didn’t.

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff.
The room with no window feels a bit mouldy, it was also next to reception so could here people coming in. On the plus side though, you don’t hear street noise.
