The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was a good size and very clean. Its location makes it great for exploring Rivas on foot. The water pressure and hot water were an added bonus! The pool is beautiful and the courtyard very relaxing. The air con worked great.
The satellite tv was only in Spanish—not a huge issue since we had our own devices to watch programs but would’ve been nice to have the option. The restaurant was terrible. Very slow service, and sub-par quality food—definitely go off-site if you can. For such a beautiful space we couldn’t understand why there was a hideous children’s playground in the middle of the courtyard restaurant. Bottled water in our rooms and glasses would have been a good addition.

Great location right in the middle of what seems to be the best part of town. Good sized room. Very quiet. Great restaurant with very tasty food and a huge beautifully presented breakfast.
The one thing that let it down is that the room smelt very musty. Maybe it hadn't been used regularly as it is off season but it was pretty bad despite the room and bathroom being spotlessly clean.
